SENIOR SOFTWARE & FRONTEND ENGINEER
I’m a senior frontend engineer focused on React, TypeScript and Next.js. I work closely with product teams to take ideas from rough concept to production, balancing clean architecture with real-world constraints.

I’m Paulo Avramenko, a senior frontend engineer based in Lisbon. I design and build web interfaces for products that have real complexity under the hood dashboards, portals, and data-heavy SaaS tools.
My main stack is React, TypeScript and Next.js, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility and long-term maintainability. I care as much about clean architecture and good state management as I do about visual details, micro-interactions and clear flows.
Over the last years I’ve worked on design systems, customer-facing apps and internal tools, helping teams ship faster by improving their UI architecture instead of just adding more components. I enjoy working closely with product and design, clarifying requirements, challenging edge cases and turning rough ideas into interfaces that feel simple to use.
I’m currently open to opportunities where I can own the frontend of a product, help shape the technical direction, and keep learning from strong teams.

Developed and customised white-label news and content portals using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and XSL/XML. Focused on templating, layout, and adapting the platform to different clients’ requirements.
Automated manual processes with Excel/VBA and Office macros, creating reports, data transformations and small internal tools that reduced repetitive work for the team
I’m always happy to talk about new projects, frontend roles or collaborations. If you’re working on a product and think I could help, feel free to get in touch.
